Denture Services

Our main aim is patient’s satisfaction.

At RJ Denture Clinic, we offer a free and friendly consultation to our patients. During the consultation which will take about 45minutes to an hour, we take a detailed medical and dental history and examine the health of your gums.

We also examine your current denture to find out what you like or dislike about your old denture. We explain the types of materials can be used for your denture, the procedure in making denture, the advantages and disadvantages of each material as well as prices so you can make an informed decision based on the information provided by us. We then clearly explain all the treatment options and show you a sample of materials we use for making your denture and advise you on the best treatment for you. We are also happy to answer any questions you might have to the best of our knowledge and experience.

The procedure of making denture requires few stages:

1. First Appointment

Primary or first impressions using stuck trays and type of impression material (usually Alginate).

2. Second Appointment

Secondary or second impression using custom made trays and different types of impression materials to make a better and more accurate impression, so the secondary mould or cast is more accurate. At this appointment we also record your bite and select teeth for you, (shade and shape)

3. Third Appointment

Wax try in stage; the teeth are set in wax so we examine to make sure that you are happy with the shade (colour and shape) of teeth and we check the bite to make sure it is correct.

4. Fourth Appointment

Denture fit, after try in, if we both are happy with the result then we move to the last stage, which means we process the denture and fit it for you. We check the bite and appearance and at the end of the appointment we give you hygiene advise.

Complete dentures replace a full arch of missing teeth. They are made to restore the ability to chew as well as overall facial appearance.

Ramin provides professional one-hour repair service to rectify any damages that can occur in any set of dentures in his in-house workshop. I cannot recommend this denture clinic highly enough. Having had a disaster with my upper denture over the Easter weekend I rang the clinic on Easter Monday and was promptly given an appointment for the Tuesday morning. After only two visit on the Tuesday and one visit on the Wednesday, I had a new upper denture by the Thursday morning!
